What's your returns policy?

At WorldKids.Club, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return policy for purchases made directly through our website. You are welcome to return any item in its original condition within 45 days from the date of dispatch, and we will refund the full purchase price.

Please note, items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Should your purchase be subject to any promotional discounts or offers, your refund will be adjusted accordingly to reflect the price actually paid at the time of purchase.

How do I return my order?

We hope every purchase brings joy, but we understand there might be times you wish to return an item. If that's the case, kindly fill out the return form included with your order, and securely pack the item along with the form in a parcel.

If you're looking to exchange an item, we ask that you return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the item you want instead. In our effort to be more environmentally friendly and reduce waste, we've stopped including return labels in our parcels. We appreciate your support in this sustainable initiative.

Once your return is on its way, please be patient as it can take up to 28 days for us to receive it. Rest assured, we'll notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

How do I request a returns label?

If you need a return label for your item, we've made it simple for you. Just follow these steps to request an online return label with trackable service:

1. Send us an email with your request, including the following details:

Your order number

Details of the item you wish to return

We'll keep you informed with email updates throughout the process.

Alternatively, if you prefer a physical return label mailed to you, please contact us and provide your order number. Keep in mind, receiving a mailed return label might take a bit longer.

What is our Exchange Policy?

While we do not directly offer exchanges, we've made the process straightforward for you. Just return the item(s) you wish to exchange for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired product(s) on our website. This way, you'll have access to the latest stock availability and delivery details.

Need a New Returns Form??

If you’ve misplaced your returns form or require another for an additional return, there's no need to worry. Easily print out a new copy from your online account. If that's not an option, simply include a note with your return package containing the following details:

1. Your full name, address, and contact number.

2. The order number associated with the item(s).

3. The item code(s) and your reason for returning.

4. Indicate if you're seeking a refund. Please note, we're currently unable to process exchanges. For any exchanges, we ask that you initiate a refund for the returned item and place a new order for the desired product.

How long does it take to process my returns?

Please allow up to 28 days for your returned parcel to arrive back at our facility from the day you send it. Rest assured, we'll send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refunds issued to a credit or debit card will typically show on your account statement within 7 to 10 business days following the processing date.

If you haven't received a confirmation from us within 28 days of returning your items, don't hesitate to get in touch. Simply provide us with your order number and details of the returned items. Our customer service team will be more than happy to assist you.

Can I return more than one order in a parcel?

Absolutely! You are welcome to return items from multiple orders in a single parcel. Just make sure to include the appropriate paperwork for each order inside your return package. For smoother processing, kindly separate the items by order, ensuring it's clear which items correspond to which order. We'll process each return individually and notify you once each has been completed.
