US shipping options :

Expedited & Express Shipping Options

Expedited Shipping:

Get your items in 2-3 business days when you place your order before 2pm EST. Orders placed after 2pm EST will require an additional day for delivery.

Express Shipping:

Receive your items in 1-2 business days with orders placed before 2pm EST. Orders after this time will be processed the following day.

Please be aware that not every item qualifies for Expedited or Express Shipping. Items ineligible for these options will be shipped using our Standard Shipping service.

Both Expedited and Express Shipping are available only to physical addresses within the Continental US. Unfortunately, we cannot provide these shipping options to PO boxes.

Tracking Your Order

You can find your tracking information in the dispatch confirmation email, under the ‘Delivery Info’ section. Click the link to see the current location of your parcel. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us, providing your order number, and we will assist you promptly.

Item Delays

If your item is delayed, you can check your order history for updates, provided you were logged in when making the purchase. Delayed items are reserved for you and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

For guests without an online account, or if you've received only part of your order, please review the paperwork included in your parcel for more details. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us with your order number for further assistance.

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please consult the tracking information in your dispatch confirmation email. Should there be an unexpected delay, reach out to us with your order number ready, and we'll investigate.

Changing Your Delivery Address

To change your address before an order is placed, go to the ‘My Account’ section of our website, then ‘Address Book’, where you can edit or add addresses. Ensure the correct address is marked for delivery.

If your order is already placed and you need to change the delivery address, please contact us immediately through web chat or our contact page, providing your order number. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for next steps. Alternatively, you can monitor your package using the tracking information provided in your dispatch confirmation email.
